Hi, I’m Lindsay—founder of Ignite Advisory, former senior leader inside Fortune 500 organizations, and a transformation expert who has spent my career leading change in the real world, not just designing it on paper.

For more than a decade, I've guided people and organizations through complexity with clarity and confidence. I don’t just create change and leadership development frameworks—I’ve lived them. I’ve navigated the pace, politics, pressure, and human dynamics of adoption from the inside, delivering measurable outcomes while ensuring people feel engaged, supported, and equipped to succeed.

I've partnered with executives managing competing priorities, tight timelines, and organizational fatigue, delivering outcomes that last because they're grounded in both operational rigor and real human behavior. As a Prosci-certified change practitioner and DiSC-certified facilitator, I've built and refined methodologies that work across complex global systems. As a strategic ally to senior leaders, I help them make sense of ambiguity, build alignment, engage their people, and lead transformation with confidence and intention.
